View All StoriesEduRise is committed to understanding whether and how its work creates change. We do not simply count outputs — we track outcomes, gather evidence of longer-term impact and publish what we learn, including what has not worked as planned.
Our approach to monitoring and evaluation is proportionate, participatory and practical. We involve communities in defining what success looks like — whether we are working with learners and educators in the United Kingdom or with communities in fragile and conflict-affected contexts internationally.
We share our learning openly with the wider sector, contributing to a stronger evidence base for education and development practice across our focus geographies.
Every programme is designed against an explicit theory of change — linking activities to outcomes and longer-term impact.
We track changes in knowledge, skills, confidence and behaviour — not simply attendance and completion rates.
Communities and participants are involved in defining success criteria and assessing whether they have been met.
We publish our findings in accessible formats, sharing what works and what needs to change.
We work with research institutions to ensure our evaluations meet rigorous academic and professional standards.
EduRise publishes reports, evaluations and research to share learning with the sector and provide transparency to donors and partners.
