Across the United Kingdom and internationally, young people face barriers to meaningful participation in civic life. Many lack access to leadership development opportunities, platforms for voice and agency, or pathways to contribute to decisions that affect them. Yet young people possess the energy, creativity and perspective needed to address the challenges facing their communities.
EduRise believes that young people should be supported to develop as leaders and active citizens. Our work in youth leadership and civic engagement focuses on building young people's confidence, capabilities and connections — enabling them to lead change in their own communities and beyond. We work with schools, youth organisations and community groups to create spaces where young people can develop leadership skills, engage in meaningful dialogue and take action on issues they care about.
